The Competition 

ROUND 01

• The 9 min video-presentations of Impact Village Designers and the 9xPDF pages with audio presentation will be evaluated with the Matrix-Q GTE Quantum Business Tool, to assess the holistic, inclusive and circular impact of the knowledge and design presented.
• Winners of the first round will receive as a prize in value of 297,00 EUR a Matrix-Q Impact Village Designer Level 1, e-training program, including remote group coaching, webinars, and e-learning subscriptions  

ROUND 02

• For the round 02, the candidates should present details related to the methodology applied for community building, lifestyle and knowledge transfer. We utilize a Matrix-Q Holistic Education System, Matrix-Q Work-Life Balance System, and principles, that help usassess the level of holistic impact reached with the methodology
• Winners of the second round will receive as a prize in value of 497,00 EUR a Matrix-Q Village Designer Level 2, e-training program, including remote group coaching, webinars, and e-learning subscriptions  

ROUND 03

• For the round 03, the candidates should present details related to the impact created with the village project. See SDG’s, Sustainable Development Goals. We utilize a Matrix-Q Impact Assessment Tools, and principles, that help us assess the level of systemic impact reached with the the village project
• Winners of the third round will receive as a prize in value of 997,00 EUR a Matrix-Q Village Designer Level 3, e-training program, including remote group coaching, webinars, and e-learning subscriptions  

ROUND 04

• For the round 04, the candidates should present details (data) related to the their strategy to enable in the Impact Village members (people living in the village) the capacity to think, feel, act, lead and create a positive impact with the knowledge acquired. We utilize a Matrix-Q Human Metrics Tools, and data analytics, that help us assess the level of impact achieved by the knowledge users.
• If the impact village designer has no data available, we will provide opportunities and resources for data generation.
• Winners of the fourth round will receive as a prize in value of 1.997,00 EUR a Matrix-Q Village designer Level 4, e-training program, including remote group coaching, webinars, and e-learning subscriptions  

FINAL ROUND 05

• For the round 05, the candidates should present the design of a smart applications dedicated to optimize the design, implementation, and development of an impact village.
• The template and guidelines for design will be given to the winners of the round 04.
• Winners of the fifth round will receive as a prize in value of 2.997,00 EUR a Matrix-Q Forge Pre- Assessment Program (Prototyping)

THE NEXT LEVEL

• Winners of the Matrix-Q Impact Village Competition are eligible to join the Matrix-Q Guild, Matrix-Q Village Program, Matrix-Q House Program, and Matrix-Q Community Program including (conditions apply) the deployment of a Matrix-Q Smart Application MVP in value of  9.997,00 EUR
